Pack-card notes he writes point at bonus, not at a Download sticker.
What this group covers
The secret and the screen next door: one-time codes, passwords and reset, and the registration form that people reach by accident.
They belong together because the mistakes run into each other. A code that does not arrive sends somebody to a second URL. A sign-in that fails sends them to the other tab. Both routes end somewhere they did not intend, and neither problem was a credentials problem to begin with.
The rule the whole group turns on
An SMS code stays on your own phone. It works as proof that whoever has the SIM is the one signing in, so handing it to anyone hands them that proof as well.
No genuine process needs it read aloud, forwarded, or typed into a form that arrived some other way. Support does not need it. An administrator in a group chat does not need it. The request itself is the answer to whether the channel is real.
The second-account mistake
Sign-in can fail. Registration cannot, because there is nothing to check against — so a person who cannot get in, tries the other tab, and now holds an empty account beside a funded one.
What follows looks exactly like theft: no balance, no history, verification reset. Nothing was taken. Ruling this out costs a minute and is worth doing before anything more dramatic is assumed.
What gets refused
Reset instructions that route through anything other than the operator. Any figure attached to a support channel we did not verify. And the idea that a different build, a second mirror or a third attempt at the same string fixes a state that lives on a server.
Start at OTP if a code is involved, password if a reset is, and register if you are not certain which screen you are on.
